How do I recognise the photo inside?

Care Instructions

Our products are water-resistant, but we recommend removing them before swimming or showering, as water may shorten their lifespan.

Shipping & Processing Time

How long is the processing time?

Here are the processing times for our products:

  • Photo products: 3-6 days
  • Birth flowers & name necklaces: 6-9 days
  • Engravings: 5-7 days
  • Non-personalised: 2 days

How long does shipping take?

The times listed include both processing and shipping of your order.

Australia

  • Photo products: 8-14 business days
  • Birth flowers & name necklaces: 12-20 business days
  • Engravings: 9-16 business days
  • Non-personalised: 8-9 business days

Where is my order?

Don’t worry if the tracking doesn’t update in the first few days – this is completely normal!

Our processing and production times vary by product (see “How long is the processing time?”).

Once your order has been shipped, you can track it here: TRACKING

If the order has been shipped after the processing time and the tracking hasn’t updated for more than 4-5 days, please contact us via our Contact Form.

The parcel couldn’t be delivered, what should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact Form – we’ll take care of it!

Fill in all the details completely, double-check your address, and ensure it’s correct.

I haven’t received my parcel, but tracking shows it as delivered, what should I do?

Please check the following:

  1. Ask your neighbours.
  2. Check the common areas of your building.
  3. Look in your letterbox.

If the parcel isn’t there, please contact us via our Contact Form.

Fill in all details to the best of your knowledge and confirm your address again.

Returns & Refunds

How can I cancel an order?

Please complete our Contact Form for cancellations.

IMPORTANT:
Personalised products cannot be cancelled after production has started.

Do not simply return orders, as this may incur additional costs.

If cancellation is possible, we’ll provide the return address.

How can I amend an order?

Please complete our Contact Form as soon as possible and specify your amendment request in the comments field.

If your order hasn’t entered production, we’ll happily amend it for you.

How can I return a received order?

Personalised products are exempt from returns.

For non-personalised products, please complete our Contact Form to initiate a return.

Who bears the return shipping costs?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for eligible returns.

Complaints

My item is faulty, how can I make a complaint?

Use our Contact Form for faulty items and fill in all details to the best of your knowledge.

Please briefly describe the damage and include photos of the damage.

I received the wrong item, how can I make a complaint?

Use our Contact Form, fill in all details to the best of your knowledge, and please include photos of the incorrect item.

Item not received or empty gift packaging?

Use our Contact Form, fill in all details to the best of your knowledge, and please include a photo of the empty packaging – even if that seems odd.

My product has the wrong photo/incorrect personalisation?

Use our Contact Form, fill in all details to the best of your knowledge, and please include a photo of the product with the incorrect personalisation.
